What is your alcohol policy?

No outside alcohol is permitted. All alcohol for the event must be purchased from, and served by Le Sorelle. All bar packages include, plasticware, ice, and all appropriate barware.

We currently offer the following bar packages for flexibility.

  • Premium Open Bar With Cocktails

  • Top Shelf Open Bar With Cocktails

Additionally, one can pre-purchase drink tickets in advance for the cashless bar option.

Where can my guests park?

Our building has 2 parking lots.
We can accommodate up to 42 cars in the front parking lot and up to 65 cars in the back parking lot.

Yes!

All rentals include access to the following A/V system at no additional cost.

1) One Bluetooth Wireless Stereo Receiver

2) Harbinger L1 16 Pro Line Array Speaker System.

4) One 95” flat tv screen, screen cast or HDMI connection support. USB C to HDMI adapter available.

What are your hours of operation?

Renters can enter the space as early as 4 PM, and all events must end by 10 PM.
However by request we can allot more time if needed.

How many people can I host?

We offer two event spaces tailored for your needs:

Indoor garden can seat up to 50 people in different table configurations.
Main Dining room can seat up to 80 people.

A dance floor area can be arranged by request.

Are there any restrooms?

Yes, we have two private ADA restrooms with two stalls each, for both men and women.

I need more chairs and tables than what’s included, What are my options?

If you require more items than we include in your rental, you are welcome to rent those items from a rental company.
By request we can rent them for you at an additional cost.

Who is responsible for setting up for my event?

Le Sorelle will setup tables, chairs and linens per the client’s layout. This is only included for the initial setup and does not include a room turnover.

Also, any decorations such as table settings, balloons, etc, is the solely the customer’s responsibility unless Renowned Events has been contracted for such services.

Le Sorelle will handle clean-up after the event, such as folding tables, chairs, sweeping and mopping, as well as throwing away trash. However, the client is responsible for clearing the space of any items brought into the venue for the client’s event such as decorations, etc.

If we determines there is a need for excessive cleaning after an event, the customer will be charged a minimum of $200 for an excessive clean-up fee.

Can we bring our own décor?

Yes! You can go all out with decorating the space or leave it just the way it is.

Here are a few important rules:

  • Nothing may be affixed to the walls, beams, floor, or other structure without permission.

  • Anything that would alter the space to be different than it was prior to your event is not allowed.

  • Helium balloons must be weighted down.

Keep in mind that the client (or your hired vendors) will be responsible for setting up, tearing down, and removing ALL decorations at the end of the contracted rental time.

Is there a food and drink or guest count minimum?

No, there are no food and beverage or guest count minimums. We want your food and beverage options to be as elegant or affordable as your budget allows, and therefore we don’t have a food and beverage or guest count minimum.

Is smoking allowed?

The inside of our venue is strictly NON-SMOKING, including vape pens and e-cigarettes. Smoking of cigarettes is only permitted outside of the venue.

Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Our entrances, restrooms are all wheelchair accessible.
